Veraxa AI is an AI and automation consultancy for regulated and
operations-heavy teams. We diagnose slow workflows, redesign processes,
connect systems, and ship reliable automation and internal tools. We begin
with the real work, identify where delay and weak visibility accumulate,
and choose the smallest useful combination of process change, integration,
software, and AI.
What Veraxa AI solves
We focus on high-consequence workflows where manual handling, unclear
ownership, or fragmented evidence create operational or regulatory
risk. Our strongest reference point is financial services, including
KYC and AML onboarding, compliance review, API banking infrastructure,
transaction operations, and internal workflow software.
Delivery evidence
Members of the Veraxa founding team, in previous roles, designed and built
regulated client-onboarding software for a financial-services institution,
then helped establish virtual-account API capabilities. Publicly supportable
scope includes account creation, parent-account routing, settlement routing,
and operational visibility across balances, deposits, and transactions. The
organisation and commercial outcomes remain confidential.

A focused first engagement
The Workflow Assessment creates an evidence-based decision before a
larger build. It maps the current workflow, handoffs, systems, controls,
and exceptions; establishes the available baseline; defines a controlled
target state; ranks opportunities by expected value, feasibility, and risk;
and recommends whether to build, buy, integrate, simplify, test, or stop.
Estimates, assumptions, dependencies, and measurement gaps remain visible.
How we work
We begin by framing one workflow and deciding whether deeper work is
justified. Where it is, we assess the current state and target, test the
uncertain parts against representative cases, and put one bounded workflow
into operation with clear human responsibility, recovery, measurement, and
ownership. Each stage creates a decision to continue, hand over, narrow the
work, change direction, or stop. Exact scope, timing, responsibilities, and
commercial terms are agreed for each engagement.

Security and responsible AI
Security, privacy, human accountability, and auditability are workflow
requirements. We start with data minimisation and least-privilege access,
agree model-provider and retention boundaries, give AI components narrow
roles, connect important outputs to source evidence, and design explicit
human approval and recovery. Controls depend on the actual workflow and
deployment, and we do not make public certification claims that we cannot
evidence.
